Machine BZ 50T/25-2: high frequency welding and blanking with two mobile planes optimized to maximize its versatility

The high frequency welding and blanking machine BZ 50T/25-2 with two mobile planes allows the operator to weld, weld + cut, only cut in simultaneous mode during the working cycle, or even in single mode (only one plane working) according to the work to be done.

It has the peculiarity of being able to simultaneously mount two completely different moulds on every plane, but with the same thickness. This way the high frequency machine can execute two different processes with different parameters for the two mobile planes.

In the same way, thanks to the linear movement of the planes , it is possible to use the combo mould + counter-mould to obtain an embossed welding with 3d effect.

The machine can also be manufactured with only one lateral mobile plane.

All the high frequency machines bizeta can be equipped with an automatic coupler with the function of adjusting the anodic (welding) current.

The current is set and shown on the hmi console and is maintained constant during the whole welding process, ensuring goods with an excellent finish.

The high frequency welding process needs the integration of a spark suppressor with the function of preserving materials and moulds from sparks during the cycle.

Thanks to the “know-how” of almost 50 years of experience in the sector, bizeta high frequency machines are equipped with an anti-discharge device with unique features compared to those commonly installed, which stands out for its high sensitivity in detecting the discharge and the maximum speed in blocking it, avoiding waste.

Bizeta hf machines can be equipped with a function that allows the operator to adjust the mould pressure on the material during the work cycle.

This pressure is shown and can be adjusted using the hmi console panel.

At the first set-up of every new mould, bizeta high frequency machines can automatically acquire working quotes and save them in the respective receipts.

All the bizeta welding and blanking machines are equipped with cross laser pointers with adjustable focal length to allow an easy and precise registration of the material on the work surface with respect to the mould mounted in the machine.
