Machine BZ 2550: the cutting-edge technology for high frequency welding and blanking
The high frequency, rotative welding-blanking machine BZ 2550 allows you to weld, weld + cut, only cut.
The processes can be carried out separately or simultaneously in a single work cycle. it has a 4-station rotative table, with speed adjustable from HMI, divided into: 1 working station; 1 loading and unloading station; and two stations that can be implemented with accessories to customize the work cycle.
The machine offers the possibility of mounting a system that welds and cuts during the same work cycle, ensuring maximum welding and cutting precision even on materials that could potentially deform. It reduces, or in some cases, eliminates the waste of material resulting from production waste.
The working plate is open, but in total safety. It is in fact equipped with photoelectric barriers that ensure the maximum protection of the operator and an easy access during the work cycle, avoiding material jamming during the rotation that could instead occur with the presence of fixed protections with interlock.

Bizeta has specifically studied and designed all the high frequency generators installed in the machines to ensure maximum efficiency in the distribution and uniform delivery of the current, in order to obtain a homogeneous and precise welding over the entire work area.
All the high frequency machines bizeta can be equipped with an automatic coupler with the function of adjusting the anodic (welding) current.
The current is set and shown on the hmi console and is maintained constant during the whole welding process, ensuring goods with an excellent finish.
The high frequency welding process needs the integration of a spark suppressor with the function of preserving materials and moulds from sparks during the cycle.
Thanks to the “know-how” of almost 50 years of experience in the sector, bizeta high frequency machines are equipped with an anti-discharge device with unique features compared to those commonly installed, which stands out for its high sensitivity in detecting the discharge and the maximum speed in blocking it, avoiding waste.
Bizeta hf machines can be equipped with a function that allows the operator to adjust the mould pressure on the material during the work cycle.
This pressure is shown and can be adjusted using the hmi console panel.
At the first set-up of every new mould, bizeta high frequency machines can automatically acquire working quotes and save them in the respective receipts.
