Machine BZ 250-I/3: welding machine for embossing and debossing with a three stations rotative table
The high frequency rotative welding machine BZ 250-I/3 is equipped with a single welding press that allows the embossing and / or debossing of materials. It presents a three-stations rotating table with one station for the loading / unloading, one station for the welding and one station that can be customized with accessories requested by the work cycle.
The rotative plane is specific for increasing the production rate of the machine. Also, the press plane can be implemented with a pre-heater, to soften the material to work before being welded, obtaining a precise and striking finish.
The machine is manufactured also to perform very precise and effective finishes by coupling soft materials with fabrics using a tear-welding electrode.

The high frequency welding process needs the integration of a spark suppressor with the function of preserving materials and moulds from sparks during the cycle.

Bizeta hf machines can be equipped with a function that allows the operator to adjust the mould pressure on the material during the work cycle.
This pressure is shown and can be adjusted using the hmi console panel.
At the first set-up of every new mould, bizeta high frequency machines can automatically acquire working quotes and save them in the respective receipts.
