Machine BZ 2550T: high frequency welding and blanking optimized for precision and efficiency<\/h2>\n

The high frequency welding and blanking machine BZ 2550T is predisposed of two separate presses and arranged 90\u00b0 from each other, which allows to execute the welding on the first press, and the blanking on the second press, of the material previously welded.<\/p>\n

The choice of the arrangement at 90\u00b0 of the two presses is the result of the company know-how in the sector of almost 50 years. Thanks to its constructive disposition, it reduces the times between the welding cycle and blanking cycle: this ensure that the previously welded material is still perfectly registered to the mould as it is die-cut.<\/p>\n

The result of the working process in immediately consecutive phases is the achievement of perfectly centered welding and cutting, saving materials that in a common linear process could produce wastes due to materials deformations.<\/p>\n

The machine presents a four<\/strong> stations<\/strong> rotating<\/strong> table<\/strong> divided as follows: 1 station for loading\/unloading of the material, one station for the welding, one station for the cutting, one station that can be implemented with accessories to customize the work cycle.
